How do I book rental items from the website?

      1. Please read description of the items to see if it is available for client pickup in-store or only delivery- Contact us for delivery fee.
      2. For availability, select your event date ( if weekend, select from Friday-Monday) It is a fixed rental period price.
      3. Rentals can be picked up Friday and must be returned no later than the following Monday to avoid late return fees. 

      4.  Pick up any item marked as "available for pick-up" as long as you have a medium/large SUV or any other ENCLOSED vehicle large enough for our items to be safely transported to their destination.
      5. Pick up is 1 Business Day prior to the event date /Drop off is 1 Business Day after the event date
      6. Please ready carefully our terms & Conditions for changes or cancelations.

What are your showroom hours?

Crate Your Party is open from 10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Although walk-ins are welcome, we encourage you to make appointment via or by calling our office at 754-229-8320.

Is Delivery extra?

Yes, price is depending on distance

Crate your Party only delivers to Miami, Broward and West Palm Beach County 

Do you guys do the full set up for the party?

Yes, the price of our package includes the set up and taking down of materials and items. 

Do you guys deliver or can I pick up my order?

You can come pick up your order, however, some items need to be delivered.

What should we do with Items and equipment before we return it? 

If you are not renting from the party theme package, please just do a quick wipe over to get food and debris removed prior to returning

Do you rent tents and chairs?

No. We specialize in the main decor, balloons, backdrop, accent cake and sweet tables and kids table

What is your broken and/or missing items policy? 

All rented items must be returned in the same condition as customer received them. The customer agrees to pay for any lost or damaged items.

When should I place my order? 

Generally, equipment reservations should be placed as soon as you know the details of your event to ensure the availability of your desired rental items.

What is your payment policy? 

We ask that all payments be made with a Credit Card or cash. All payments will be made prior to delivery or client pick up from the Store. If any additional charges must be applied for missing and/or damaged items, we will let you know at the time of return or we will call to let you know.

Do you have minimums to place an order?

In order for us to deliver your rentals, you must order at least $200 in items. There is no minimum at store. Items cannot be picked up in an open bed vehicle. Your vehicle must be enclosed and large enough to securely hold the items you are renting. There is NO exception to this.

What is the length of rental?

All Rental items have a fixed price for the rental period selected. We allow our customers to pick up their rentals the day before their event and return the items the business day after their event.

Late Fees:

Items are to be returned the business day after your event. Late fees are 50% of your order total per day.

Rental Tips:

Please be sure to keep copies of all paper work and emails pertaining to your rental, to ensure that you have the details and information you need easily accessible to you until your rental is complete. Prior to your event, designate a person or persons to help with setup and breakdown of your items, so that you don’t find yourself scrambling for help at the last minute.

Take note of how items are packaged/wrapped and delivered so that you can do the same to prepare them for pickup. Remember, Crate Your Party can handle setup and/or breakdown when you get our party package. If you wish to see items prior to renting so that you are sure they will meet your needs and satisfaction, you are welcome to make an appointment by calling us or doing it at our website.

Rental Fees 

All charges are for rented items that leave our facility and are gone for a certain time period, whether the renter uses the item or not, so please make your selections carefully. Prices are quoted for a one-day (single event) use. Should you desire to use rentals for a longer period of time, please contact us to receive a long-term rate quote.

Client Responsibility upon Acceptance 

Responsibility of the equipment and items remains with the client from the time of delivery until the time of return. Please be certain equipment and items are secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Charges will be assessed for missing, broken or damaged items. The full replacement value will be charged in addition to the rental charge incurred for usage. A valid credit card is required as security for any potential damage or loss.
