Crate Your Party is open from 10am to 6pm, Monday through Thursday, Fridays 10am to 1pm. Saturday and Sundays by appointment only. Although walk-ins are welcome, we encourage you to make appointment via crateyourparty.com or by calling our office at 754-229-8320.

Yes, there will be a rush delivery fee added to your order

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email provided when the order was placed

Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll ship out correct items immediately, along with prepaid label to return the incorrect item if necessary. Please let us know what you ordered and what you received in its place

Please lets us know of changes as soon as possible. After the package has been processed and delivered to the carrier, we will be unable to make any changes. The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address before shipping. We always ship to address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipment of packages returned to us due to incorrect address, reship at the customers cost

If item is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and we will send another one at no cost. Please take picture of item and send to us. If item doesn’t’ arrive, gets lost or stolen in transit, please understand that we are not liable once they are delivered to the carrier, we cannot be responsible for any refunds on lost or stolen packages. Be sure to check with your neighbors and surrounding areas to locate the package. You can also check with your local USPS.

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. Items get shipped via USPS and usually gets delivered within 7 days, depending where you live.
